Youth Rapid Re-Housing

EDGE New Jersey provides supportive, tenant base housing for youth ages 18-24.  This program is funded by HUD (Housing and Urban Development) through the Morris County CoC as a Rapid Re-housing project. Rental assistance is provided for 24 months to help homeless youth, or youth at risk of becoming homeless find stable housing and the support they need to maintain their housing once the program ends.

While in the program, our youth gain access to training, conferences, and ongoing case management support centered around teaching life skills. The program's goal is to assist and support our youth to gain the skills they need to become self-reliant and self-sufficient and prevent them from facing homelessness or becoming homeless again.

Permanent Supportive Housing

Permanent Supportive Housing

EDGE New Jersey provides permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals who are HIV+ and experiencing homelessness or are in danger of becoming homeless.

HOPWA: HOPWA is a HUD-funded program that provides permanent, supportive, tenant-based housing for HIV+ homeless individuals or those in danger of becoming homeless.

PSH 1 Leasing assistance: The PSH 1 program is a leasing program funded by HUD through the Morris County CoC.
