Counseling

Our team of licensed counselors provides individual and family counseling to support emotional wellness, coping strategies, and personal growth.

We take pride in providing LGBTQ+ affirming and HIV-competent care. Our counselors are trained to understand and support the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals and those impacted by HIV. Whether you are seeking support for identity exploration, mental health challenges, or coping with an HIV diagnosis, our team is here to provide nonjudgmental, knowledgeable care.

We provide:

  • Individual counseling for mental health, stress, and emotional challenges

  • Family counseling for parents of LGBTQ+ youth

  • Trauma-informed therapy to help individuals heal from past experiences

  • Support for those navigating LGBTQ+ identity and related challenges

  • Coping strategies for anxiety, depression, and life transitions

  • Grief and loss counseling

Support Groups

In addition to one-on-one counseling, we offer support groups to foster connection, healing, and shared experiences. Our support groups provide a safe space for individuals to engage in open discussions, receive guidance, and find encouragement from others facing similar challenges. We offer groups focused on topics on LGBTQ+ identity and experiences and navigating life with HIV. These groups create a sense of belonging and empowerment for all participants.
