Our Public Health Services

Sexual Health Program

  • Free, confidential, rapid HIV testing on-site and via mobile outreach van

  • Sexual health education

  • Free safer sex supplies

PrEP and PEP Education & Coordination

PrEP is a daily medication that can assist in preventing HIV when taken as prescribed.

PEP is an emergency medication regimen that can prevent HIV infection if started within 72 hours of exposure.

We provide:

  • Free walk-in PrEP consultations

  • Coordinating emergency nPEP treatment

  • Referral care to competent, affirming medical providers

  • Ongoing support for adherence and follow-ups and education on HIV prevention strategies

Harm Reduction Services

  • Needle exchange and safer injection supplies

  • Overdose prevention resources

  • Substance use education and linkage to treatment and support services

  • Free harm reduction kits

Transportation Assistance

  • Transportation services are offered to members to access specialty care.

Weekly in-person support groups for:

  • People living with HIV

  • Transgender & nonbinary identifying persons

  • LGBTQ+ youth ages 13-17

  • Parents and guardians of LGBTQ+ youth

  • LGBTQ+ adults ages 50+

  • LGBTQ+ gay men/MSM

Community Connection

Community Center

The center is a safe and inclusive space that’s open to all and offers a cafe, a recreation room, lending library, the Cares market, and regular monthly activities.

Community Events

We host a variety of community events throughout the year including the New Jersey AIDS Walk, the Morris County Pride Festival, and Purse Bingo.
